Each participating association will have five participants, ensuring equal representation and diverse perspectives within the program. These individuals often have limited access to digital resources and opportunities, making it essential to provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the digital world effectively. The primary goal of this initiative is to equip them with essential digital competencies, including digital media production, online communication, and digital safety and security. By participating in this program, they will gain practical experience and develop a deeper understanding of digital citizenship, which will enable them to engage responsibly and actively in the digital space.
Beyond technical skills, the participants will benefit from this training in several ways. They will have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with other young people from diverse backgrounds, fostering cross-cultural understanding and broadening their perspectives. This interaction will not only enhance their social skills but also help them appreciate different cultures and viewpoints. Additionally, the program aims to boost their confidence and self-esteem by encouraging creative expression and critical thinking, both of which are essential for their personal and professional growth.
