TASKS OF PARTICIPANTS:
Intercultural Evening: Find creative methods for introducing your own culture for cultural nights and bring food, souvenirs, clothes, music, etc. specific to your country.
Social Media Campaigns: This includes hashtag campaigns and sharing visually appealing content like infographics, videos, and interactive posts. Each participant will be responsible of sharing at least 1 social media post including #TaptheFood #Erasmusplus #Jugendvisionev
International Sustainable Food Advocacy Campaign: Organising an international advocacy campaign during the mobility program and continuing it for 3 more months.
Participant Stories and Testimonials: Sharing personal stories, blog posts, and testimonials from project participants in on social media.
Participant post sharing: All participants will share at least 1 social media post on their own accounts during the project (post-video-reels-etc.) using the project hashtags #TAPtheFood #Erasmusplus #Jugendvisionev
Each national team will prepare at least 1 blog post and share this on social media of theirs or/and on partner organisations social media/webpages using the project hashtags #TAPtheFood #Erasmusplus #Jugendvisionev
PROFILE of PARTICIPANTS
Young people 18-30 years old,
Interested in sustainable food practices,
Interested in climate-friendly eating,
Interested in climate action, and advocacy.
Emphasis on including young people with fewer opportunities, such as those facing cultural differences, economic barriers, or discrimination.
TRAVEL COST AND REIMBURSEMENT
◊ Checked-in luggage and any other additional flight options are not reimbursed. However, when traveling with Ryanair or Wizzair, the priority boarding option is allowed.
◊ Airline tickets must be booked directly through the airline’s official website. Booking through travel agencies or third-party websites is not permitted. All plane tickets must be accompanied by boarding passes. It is mandatory to consult with the organizers before booking any plane, train, or bus tickets.
◊ To receive travel reimbursements, participants must provide all original boarding passes, tickets, payment confirmations, and invoices.
◊ It is not possible to stay before and after the travel days unless more suitable transportation options are available maximum two days before and/or after at the expense of the participant.
◊ A European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is mandatory for all participants. If unavailable, private health insurance is required (this is non-refundable)
